James Wynn

James is a Chartered Accountant having been a Price Waterhouse Scholar. After working for four years at Price Waterhouse, James spent ten years as an investment banker working for Rothschild Australia Limited, BZW and KPMG Corporate Finance. During that time James was a member of the ASX market liaison committee, secretary of the Rothschild Investment and Underwriting Committee and Chairman of JABACC, a venture of the Australian British Chamber of Commerce.

James specialised in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Utilities, Media, Technology and Entertainment and has vast experience in Resources and Mining.

James undertook a Masters in Management at the MGSM in 2000 and commenced his corporate career in 2001 as Group Financial Controller of renewable energy company Novera Energy prior to listing. He took Novera Energy through the IPO process. He was CFO of Parnell Pharmaceuticals Group, from 2004, in the pre-listing phase in preparation for external capital raising. James left Parnell to join Portland Orthopaedics in 2007 where he was CFO and Company Secretary overseeing capital raisings, Rights Issues and an SPP raising.

James has extended his areas of expertise to include Energy and Emerging Technologies and Life Sciences.

James is a Member of the Institute of Management Consultants in both Australia and the US, a Member of the Australian Institute of Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Donna Callaghan

Donna Callaghan is recognised as a Change, Strategic HR and Strategic Planning consultant. Donna commenced her career with Ernst & Young in Sydney (1977) and worked through the consulting practice eventually becoming a Principal, HR Director and Executive Committee Member for Ernst & Young Management Consulting from (1993) and Executive Committee member for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (2000).

In 2000 Cap Gemini acquired Ernst & Young's management consulting business globally. In Australia and New Zealand Donna led the HR transition team and integrated the changes required to synchronise a "seven city, two countries culture" into one operating model. Donna left Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in 2002. Since then, Donna has been delivering, organisational development and transformation consulting services across a wide range of industries including software development, pharmaceutical, construction, insurance and professional services.

Donna's experience and insightful analysis of key business issues wins her the respect and admiration of those she deals with.

Donna is a member of the HR Institute of Australia and is a wife and mother of two teenagers.

Solange Charas

Solange currently serves as the Chairperson, Remuneration Committee and Member Audit Committee of NASDAQ-traded Able Energy.

Solange’s prior experience includes being the Chief Human Resource Officer for Praetorian Financial Group – a P&C Specialty Insurance Company, recently purchased by QBE. In her role she was part of the Executive Management Team and was responsible for all aspects of HR and participated in the preparation of the firm for sale. Her prior experience in the Insurance industry was with the US Division of Benfield, Inc. – a UK-based Reinsurance Intermediary. She was responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource function, managed a staff of 10 people, with a budget exceeding $57 million. From 1999 to 2000, she was the Head of Human Resources for EURO RSCG Worldwide – an advertising network. EURO RSCG is the largest division ($8 billion in billings) of France-based Havas Advertising -- the 4th largest advertising concern in the world. As Head of Human Resources, she was responsible for the creation and management of all HR programs on a worldwide basis for the 200+ Agencies that made up EURO RSCG.

Prior to joining EURO RSCG, she spent over 6 years in the public accounting field at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. In her career in public accounting, she was responsible for leading groups of consultants providing compensation consulting services – specifically focused on executive remuneration and international remuneration. At Arthur Andersen, she held the position of National Director, and led all activities promoting a consulting product she was instrumental in creating called Human Capital Appraisal.

Solange has also worked at Towers Perrin, as Leader -- International Compensation Team, and the Hay Group as Senior Consultant. In both organizations, she was the resident expert in international compensation. While at the Hay Group, she served one year in Italy, establishing the international compensation practice there. To complement her consulting experience, she worked for GE Capital, designing compensation programs for the portfolio of financial services companies.

Solange received an undergraduate degree in International Political Economy from University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management. She completed the Harvard course on Negotiations as well. She is a frequent speaker at national HR conferences, universities and corporate training programs, speaking on new trends in compensation and the link between business strategy and compensation program design. She has authored several articles on this topic and was instrumental in the writing of Delivering on the Promise: How to Attract, Retain and Motivate Human Capital. She has been quoted in Forbes.com, Business Week Magazine, LA Times, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Saint Louis Post Dispatch, Houston Chronicle, the Chicago Tribune. She has also appeared on Bloomberg Small Business News.

Martin Kenrick

Martin Kenrick is a procurement, cost reduction and strategic supply management professional, focusing on value creation and cost savings for SME's and International Organisations.

Utilising the JWI "Risk-Leverage-Value" matrix and the "Strategic Efficiency" approach for SME CEO's and CFO's who seek to reduce costs but increase the value spend from the monies they allocate to key operational and capital commitments, are two examples of methodologies utilised for delivering realised cost reduction and value.

Martin has industry expertise in Life Sciences (including Pharmaceuticals), Aviation, Medical Devices, Scientific Research, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Food, Event Management, and the Allied Health Industries. Martin has significant operational financial and legal exposure relating to his area of specialisation and is especially aligned to industries utilising scientific research and product formulation expertise given his background in science stemming from a Degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Sydney. His experience in aviation includes working for the Swiss Air Group.

Martin works closely with JWI's financial consulting team as the mutual skill sets consistently provide enhanced results for clients.
