JWI adopts flexible approaches to determining fees. These bases have been adopted in the past:

• Fee per hour
• Daily rates
• Retainers on a monthly basis
• Equity
• Success fees

We seek to enter engagements that take into account the risks, returns and benefits of the work we do.

All work is undertaken subject to Confidentiality Agreements in accordance with an individually agreed engagement letter. Terms of Engagement are also contained.

JWI, may, from time to time, receive or pay fees or commissions from professionals for work referred to or from them.
